Seasons has a full time Registered Nurse on staff to help enhance participant health and ensure safety. The nurse is available to:
• Manage all aspects of medication administration
• Complete health monitoring through regular nursing assessments
• Provide support and education to participants and their families
• Work closely with a participant’s physician to help improve their heath and well-being
• Complete cognitive evaluations to assess memory
• Work as an inter-disciplinary team member to create and update care plans
• Manage acute health condition treatments such as oxygen therapy, insulin and nebulizer administration
• Coordinate and refer to other needed health services such as foot care, physical or occupational therapy, and in home nursing services
• Manage any medical emergencies that may occur
