Making Life Easier for Older Adults

• We encourage participants and their families to visit Seasons for a tour of the center.

• A free trial day is offered to the participant.

• Upon enrollment, a comprehensive nursing assessment is completed which includes the participant’s and caregiver’s input to discuss the care needs, interests, and daily routine.

• If you would like to schedule a tour of Seasons or if you would like to talk with someone about Adult Day Services, please call Senior Services at 989-633-3700.
