Senior Services Midland County Council on Aging is seeking a leader in the human services field to serve as Executive Director. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a human service or business field with a Master’s degree preferred. Previous experience in management of a human services not-for-profit organization is required. Candidates must provide evidence of ten or more years of proven leadership experience in a human services position with increasing responsibilities including program development, budgetary oversight and community involvement.
