Senior Millage Used Wisely
There is a steady increase in the number of adults in Midland County. However, with careful and respon-sible use of taxpayers money, all services for seniors can continue with a millage renewal only.

Value to Taxpayers
The Senior Millage is used to help keep seniors self reliant for as long as possible. In the long run, taxpayers pay much less for the Senior Millage than they would spend to support nursing home placement through Medicaid. Keeping people at home, longer, is a cost savings for everyone.

When your loved one is unable to spend their days alone, Seasons Adult Day Center provides a place that helps people with dementia maintain their abilities longer.

If you need help paying for your prescriptions, or to keep your home safe or are unable to drive yourself to your doctor appointment, millage-funded programs are available to help.
