Events Calendar

In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Senior Services is reducing services to essential services only.
As of Thursday, March 26, 2020, with the exception of essential services, Senior Services will be closed until further notice.

All in-person classes, except for outdoor fitness, will require you to wear a mask. Our classes will practice physical distancing and we’re asking you to please call to cancel your registration if you become sick. The safety and health of our instructors and our participants are very important to us and we look forward to seeing you all in person soon!

Fitness Programs

Weekly | Monday-Friday
Online Fitness Classes, such as Zumba, Chair Yoga, Bonesaver, Tai Chi, SAIL etc. are offered via Zoom.

Weekly | Mondays & Tuesdays
Indoor Fitness Classes, such as Fun & Fitness and Line Dancing at Trailside and Gentle Yoga at Sanford.

With changes in weather, we are dipping a toe in the water to offer indoor fitness for some classes! All indoor offerings will require advance registration with 10 participants max. Participants will be required to wear facemasks over mouth and nose at all times while in the building and remain a minimum of 6 feet apart from each other. Each attendee will have to complete a screening questionnaire and temperature check each day they attend. See each class for further details.

Outdoors | Weekly | Monday-Thursday
In-Person Fitness Classes: Zumba Gold/GoldToning at Trailside.

With cold weather, there are changes to the outdoor fitness offerings. For November, only Zumba is remaining outdoors. If the temperature drops below 40 degrees a half hour before class start time, the class will be held in the garage and broadcast on Zumba.dance. Masks will not be required, but feel free to wear one if you prefer. Physical distancing will be practiced for all outdoor classes. Outdoor classes will not have access to the building for bathrooms. Please plan accordingly.
