Beginning Tai Chi

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention (TCAFP)
Wednesdays, 1:30-2:30 pm (no class March 4)

Tai Chi is proven to improve balance, flexibility and muscle strength, and
to benefit one’s overall sense of well-being. TCAFP is an evidence-based program recommended by the CDC. The class is taught by a certified instructor. The first class is free as a program sampler and then $20 for the session if you decide to continue.
