Everything we do, everything we are is based on how our brain functions. At this very interactive session you will learn how your brain works, learn brain sharpening exercises which will create new brain pathways, and learn lifestyle behaviors to improve the health of your brain as well as improve brain fitness. In addition to learning facts and many brain tips, you will have fun! Sue Montesi, Dean Emeritus at Delta College, will guide you through this enjoyable participative class. This session is designed to help you recharge and fire up those mental connections!
This is a Lunchtime Learners program. To register call 633-3700 by 9:00am on the day of the program or register online now. Please be sure to specify if registering for the program only or the program and lunch. Attendees planning to have lunch need to arrive by 11:30am at Trailside. Space is limited in the room, so please call ahead to reserve a spot. Lunches are by suggested donation for those over 60, or $6 for those under 60, payable at the door.
