Eat Smart Live Strong is a program aimed to improve fruit and vegetable consumption and physical activity. This class has six interactive sessions for adults age 55 and older. During these classes participants will gain the skills needed to make healthy behavior changes through guided food demonstrations, exercises, goal setting, and more.
