Healthy Hints: Fitness for Better Aging

Everything related to your mental and physical health improves with exercise. If a medication could offer all of the positive health benefits that exercise does, we would all be on that prescription! Join special guests from the Greater Midland Community Center as they present an interactive session including exercises you can do at home. Their trainers will discuss home exercises with bands, their InBody machine and the data it can provide, obesity issues, and overall wellness for older adults.

Mills: Tuesday, April 9 at 12:30pm
Greendale: Wednesday, April 10 at 12:15pm
Coleman: Thursday, April 11 at 12:45pm
Trailside & Sanford: Thursday, April 25 at 12:00pm

To reserve a seat, call the Activity and Dining Center of your choice at least one day before the presentation. We encourage you to come for lunch the day of the program. To make a lunch reservation, call the center you plan to attend before 9:00am on that day.
