Learn about the potential benefits and risks of including sweeteners in your diet. We will define terms used on product labels, such as sugar-free, no sugar, no sugar added, natural, unsweetened, and more. Join us for a little food for thought.
To reserve a seat, call the Activity and Dining Center of your choice at least one day before the presentation. We encourage you to come for lunch on the day of the program. To make a lunch reservation, call the center you plan to attend before 9 am on that day.
