This weekly group focuses on education, support, discussion and mental exercise. Members share concerns and strategies for living well with memory loss, discuss a variety of topics related to brain health and engage in brain training. Educational topics and mental exercises are selected carefully to inform, stimulate and strengthen different areas of the brain. Space is limited to 12 participants and a screening is required to ensure eligibility. Call 633-3700.
