A lifetime of fitness can start at any age with any level of ability! Join us for a new and innovative exercise class led by seasoned, certified exercise instructors from the Greater Midland Community Center who are able to tailor exercises to your individual level of ability. The key is to gradually increase your fitness level to improve your strength, balance, flexibility and overall health and have fun at the same time! The class will meet twice a week, for eight weeks. There will be a short pre-assessment on the first day of class and a short post-assessment at the end of the eight weeks so you can see your own improvement!
