Patriotic 4th of July Recipes

The food we eat comes in a beautiful array of colors! Often the most vibrant hues reflect a
high nutrition content as well. Red, white, and blue foods are not only patriotic, but can also
pack antioxidants, vitamins, and of course fiber!

See some ideas below:

  • Red, white, and blue mini kabobs with mini marshmallows, raspberries, and blueberries
  • Spinach salad topped with blueberries, feta cheese, and strawberries
  • Maraschino cherries dipped in white chocolate and blue sprinkles
  • A veggie tray containing cheese cubes, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower, cherries, crackers, and blueberry jam in the center of the tray as a dip
