The Dublin Club is a unique memory loss group designed specifically for adults who are experiencing mild memory loss or mild cognitive impairment and concerned about their memory changes. This weekly group focuses on education, support, discussion and mental exercise. Members share concerns and strategies for living well with memory loss, discuss a variety of topics related to brain health and engage in brain training. Educational topics and mental exercises are selected carefully to inform, stimulate and strengthen different areas of the brain. This 12 week session meets in the Michigan Room at Senior Services. Minds in Motion is an innovative program focusing on brain gaming and cognitive stimulation. This activity based course is designed for those experiencing early memory changes who would enjoy a fun and interactive social setting. The weekly group incorporates brain games, cognitive exercises, word and language challenges, overall wellness and physical health, physical movement and arts exploration.
