The Dublin Club is a unique memory loss group designed specifically for adults who are experiencing mild memory loss or mild cognitive impairment and concerned about their memory changes. This weekly group focuses on education, support, discussion and mental exercise. Members share concerns and strategies for living well with memory loss, discuss a variety of topics related to brain health and engage in brain training. Educational topics and mental exercises are selected carefully to inform, stimulate and strengthen different areas of the brain. This 12 week session meets in the Michigan Room at Senior Services. Minds in Motion is an innovative program focusing on brain training and cognitive gaming. It is designed for those experiencing mild memory changes who would enjoy a fun and interactive social setting. This weekly group incorporates brain games, cognitive exercises, word and language skills and competitive table games. Members may benefit from improved concentration, faster processing, enhanced short term memory and opportunities for socialization and camaraderie.
