Stay Active & Independent for Life! SAIL Fitness Classes

Tuesdays & Thursdays,
January 28 – March 19, 9:30–10:30 am

Discover why older adults say, “I can do so much more these days, and I know it’s this program.” SAIL is an evidence-based fall prevention program for adults age 65+. It gives you ALL the key elements of fitness in one class—strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning—and is adaptable for all fitness levels. Exercises can be performed in a chair or standing. Recognized as a top-level evidence-based program by the Administration on Aging, SAIL is proven to help you stay active and independent for life!

Classes are held twice a week beginning January 28 and ending March 19. The cost is $48 for the 16 classes, payable to Trish Cruz, certified SAIL instructor.

The eight-week session requires pre-registration and a baseline fitness check appointment. Appointments are 15 minutes and are available January 21 and 23 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm. We’ll do a fitness check again at the end of the program so you can see your progress! This program is supported by funds from the Older Americans Act.
